The revised Highway Dilapidation Survey has been checked and is acceptable to the Local Highways Authority (LHA). The revised Traffic Management Plan is also acceptable although the LHA would wish to point out that the nearest long stay car park to Tinside Lido would be the Grand Parade car park and the LHA would advise the plan should be updated accordingly if felt appropriate to use this car park for contractors parking along with the car parks already included in the plan. The use of the lay by shown in the traffic management plan would require a temporary traffic order and the LHA understands this is now in hand.Natural Infrastructure Team
