Thank you for your consultation regarding discharge of conditions (insert condition numbers relevant to you). Public Protection Service has considered the information submitted by the applicant and has the following comments to make.
Condition 5 CONDITION: CONTAMINATED LAND
Condition discharge recommended? ' Yes - Parts 1 -3 only
Reason ' The findings of the Phase 2: Geotechnical Investigation and Contamination Assessment Report prepared by Ruddlesden Geotechnical (September 2023 HS/CG/GD/22401/GICAR) are agreed and therefore parts 1-3 of this condition can be discharged. Part 4 - Unexpected Contamination -should remain in case anything is found during construction.
