DESCRIPTION: Pre-application for a S73 variation on application 21/01801/FUL.

PRE-APPLICATION COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections in principle to this pre-application proposal for a Section 73 Application to vary the planning conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10, attached to planning permission 21/01801/FUL.

For the Demolition of existing building and erection of a multi-storey car park comprising of ground floor plus six-storeys, and ancillary works including substation, at Plymouth Railway Station.

For the variation of the following Planning conditions: -
3: Phasing.
4: Employment and Skills Strategy.
5: Construction Traffic Management Plan.
6: Energy and Sustainability.
8: Construction Environmental Management Plan (Drainage).
10: Pedestrian Accessibility Audit.

The variation of the planning conditions is sought enable the development to be commenced either by, the excavation of a 2-3m long foundation trench on the line of the designed foundations, or the demolition of any building within the red line boundary.

SUMMARY:
The LHA would not wish to raise any objections to this proposal to vary the planning conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10, of planning permission 21/01801/FUL, to enable the development to commence as proposed.
