We object to this planning application.1. It is contrary to the JLP Policies DEV1 and DEV10 which are upheld by the Plympton St Mary Neighbourhood Forum.
2. Previous applications to this site have resulted in the demolition of the ancient Devon Hedge. This must be reinstated.
3. All previous applications have been under the heading 'Farm Close' and all have rightly been refused and the refusal upheld on appeal.
4. This application will have a detrimental effect on the amenity of the residents in the neighbouring cul de sac of Farm Close. Parking in the area is very limited and this will exacerbate the problem with the proposed pedestrian access.
