Whilst there are no in-principle objections to this application from a LHA, the internal dimensions of the proposed garage fall short of those stated within the Development Guidelines SPD. It is therefore recommended that the size of the garage be increased so that these internal minimum dimensions can be achieved. Subject to these changes being made, the LHA would then be in a position to recommend in support of the application.

If, however the applicant is unwilling to make these changes then the recommendation of the LHA would be one of refusal due to the sub-standard dimensions of the garage.
