Condition 14 ' Electrical Vehicle Charging:The applicant has submitted a General Arrangement Plan (reference 200702 L 102 01) which shows the EV charging provision proposed to serve the development. Each property will be benefitted with an EV charge point (either wall or floor mounted) which is acceptable to the Local Highway Authority (LHA) and therefore it is recommended that this condition can be discharged.
Recommendations:
The LHA recommend that condition 14 of application 21/00722/FUL can be discharged.
The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
