The proposals seek to demolish the existing garage and construct a new garage in its place, alongside other alterations at the above-mentioned property.

As the proposed garage would be wider than the existing and there are no proposed changes to the vehicular access, the Local Highway Authority would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to the proposed development.
