The LHA advises that scaffolding and hoarding would require a permit. The LHA would wish to identify that the lane must remain open at all times or a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will need to be applied for. This also applies to any parking that is required to be taken out of commission temporarily and any works carried out over or on the footway will require a permit.

The LHA is unable to advise the condition be discharged at the moment as no information appears to given regarding protection and / or traffic management around the site during demolition, could this please be provided.
