Highway Authority
Comment Date: Mon 13 Jan 2025
The Local Highway Authority LHA advises that information is required about the method to be used to transport materials from the proposed compound just off Sutton Road to the site before we recommend any discharge of this condition. In addition the LHA would require photos of the public highway at the front of the building prior to any works taking place. A scaffold/hoarding permit will be required and a S171 application (both available from the Plymouth City Council website)Comment Date: Tue 07 Jan 2025
