Highway Authority Consultation Response to a Planning Application


APPLICATION NO: 25/00020/FUL

SITE: 3-5 WOLSELEY ROAD, PLYMOUTH

DEVELOPMENT: Subdivision of existing retail unit to form two retail units: unit A170m2 and unit B 104m2 (Renewal of application 21/02130/FUL


Observations:

As this application is for the renewal of an unimplemented permission to which no highway objections were raised (app no 21/02130/FUL), the LHA would not wish to raise any objections in respect of this current application.


Recommendation:

The Highway Authority have no objections to planning permission being granted.
