Thank you for consulting Historic Environment about the above Listed Building consent application for amendments to the consented WC layout in Building A, Tinside Lido, the previously consented WC layout was submitted application 24/00683/LBC.Historic Environment have no objections to the proposed layout that would supersede the 2024 consent. The works all look comparable to the previously consented scheme and as such there would be negligible to no further impact or harm to the setting or significance of the listed building through the layout alterations proposed. Our recommendation is that the works are acceptable without any recommended conditions and that the development is considered compliant with DEV21 of The Plymouth and Southwest Devon Joint Local Plan, NPPF guidance (DEC 2024) and The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
