Housing Delivery

Following liaison with South Hams Housing Enabling Officers we are assured that replacement wheelchair housing units will be delivered in later phases of the Sherford development - to compensate for the loss of this open market wheelchair unit.

On this basis we raise no objections to the amendment proposal here - subject to the replacement wheelchair units being secured in future phases.
