Thank you for consulting me about the above condition discharge application for Listed Building Consent 23/00311/LBC, seeking to discharge condition 4 (Windows) & 19 (WC Details). My comments are below

4 - CONDITION: WINDOWS - PRE-COMMENCEMENT OF RELEVANT WORKS
Prior to commencement of works to the replacement windows, final details of the design of the proposed replacement windows, including sections, materials and glazing specification, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out at all times in strict accordance with the approved details

I have no objections to the proposed windows as shown in the submitted document. My only comment is that it is unclear what colours are proposed. We would expect a white powder coated finish for the 1st floor lightwell windows. We are unsure about the colour of the exiting south elevation windows but request they are colour matched to replacements appear like for like. If this is agreed we find the information acceptable and recommend discharge of condition 4.

19 - CONDITION: WC DETAILS - PRE-COMMENCEMENT OF RELEVANT WORKS
Prior to commencement of works to the WCs, final details of WCs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out at all times in strict accordance with the approved details.

After reviewing the submitted proposed WC details, we have no objections and recommend discharge of condition 19
