Thank you for consulting Historic Environment about the above planning application for façade works at 69 Lambhay Hill. We have no objections to the proposed works which are similar to those consented at 73 Lambhay Hill in application 19/01007/FUL. The dwelling is within the Barbican Conservation Area, however it is not listed, nor does it make a positive architectural or historic contribution to the CA. We do not consider that any nearby or neighbouring designated heritage assets will be impacted or harmed by the proposal which would improve the existing façade.
