Street Services have emphasised that their main concern is that vehicles under no circumstances should be required to reverse out from the site or compound on to Tavistock Rd. They have also required reassurance that pedestrians will not be negatively influenced when on the footway on Tavistock Rd.

Could reassurance be provided that if a low loader, or other large vehicle, is to enter the Tavistock Road (Clock house) compound, or the site at 452 Tavistock Road, an appropriate assessment has been made to check on site turning to enable the vehicle to leave the site at 452 Tavistock Road in forward gear.

Documents submitted refer to the construction of 5 Basin could this be clarified and checked please and re-issued as appropriate.
