I have reviewed the information submitted to discharge Condition 24 (Stage Recording and Design) of Listed Building Consent 23/00311/LBC. I am happy with the proposal which is a significant scaling back of the original scheme which saw the stage being replaced. Refurbishment of the existing stage including the removal of redundant sockets and alteration to improve storage are all considered acceptable. This proposal would result in substantially less harm than the original proposed scheme. As such we recommend that the condition be discharged and support the proposal.24 CONDITION: STAGE - RECORDING AND DESIGN
Prior to the removal of the existing stage a photographic record of the existing stage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Prior to installation of the new stage, details of the new stage including materials and any method of affirmant shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out at all times in strict accordance with the approved details.
