This application seeks a non-material amendment to the former grant of planning consent under application reference 24/01176/FUL to change the surfacing material of the hardstanding to concrete with associated drainage.The submitted drawing (D2367-003 rev B) details an aco channel along the full width of the front of the hardstand, however further details will be required over the drainage connections to evidence where the aco drain outfalls will be discharged to.
It is appreciated that the application form states that the aco channel will be connected to the property's main drain however such detail should be included on the associated drawing.
Until such a time that this information has been provided, the LHA are unable to recommend in support of the application.
The proposed development has been considered in accordance with the Councils current Development Plan Policies and having regard for the National Planning Policy Framework.
