We object to this planning application.
Farm Close is a quiet residential lane, with little or no on street parking. It is adjacent to the main very busy road, Larkham Lane, where parking is already at a premium with visitors to the school and the dentist which are in close proximity.

Not only will this cause disruption to the residents of the Close but again cause them a great deal of stress and misery.

This applicant has a history of trying to develop the land but each time has been refused, each time by Plymouth City Council, and an appeal by him refused also.

Plymouth City Council have endeavoured to alleviate the damaged caused by a previous application when the applicant removed the hedge boundary. Trees and a fence have been erected to try to alleviate that, but that will be compromised if the present application is allowed to proceed.
