APPLICATION SUMMARY
PLANNING APPLICATION: 25/00732/MOR
ADDRESS: 96 Staddon Lane Plymouth PL9 9SP
DESCRIPTION: Pre-application for the erection of structures to house mobility scooters and buggies.

CASE OFFICER: Abbey Edwards (Planning Officer)
Development Management, PCC Strategic Planning & Infrastructure, Floor 2 Ballard House PL1 3BJ.

CONSULTEE: Gary Lester (Transport Officer)
PCC Strategic Planning & Infrastructure, Transport Planning Team, Floor 2 Ballard House PL1 3BJ.

Date: 19th June 2025

COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections in principle to this pre-application proposal for the erection of structures to house mobility scooters and buggies serving the Golf Club. That would replace the existing facilities and be likely to result in the loss of some car parking spaces. However, the Golf Club is well served by parking, and any overspill would be contained within the available private land.

SUMMARY:
No objections.
