Waste Residential

Comment Date: Mon 23 Jun 2025

The proposed dwellings are located on a private road which is not listed on the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG). However, Plymouth City Council currently operates waste collection services for other existing properties in the vicinity and, in line with our commitment to ensuring mandatory waste services for all residents, we will continue to provide access to avoid any disruption to collections.

It is important to note that, as the road is privately owned, any damage caused by wear and tear as a result of waste collection operations remains the responsibility of the landowners. Plymouth City Council cannot be held liable for any maintenance or repair costs associated with the road's condition.

Please ensure adequate bin storage arrangements are provided for each property and that containers can be presented in a safe and accessible location for collection crews, with no obstruction to public highways or access routes.
