We Plympton St Mary Neighbourhood Forum draw your attention to the following issues with this application.1. It is important that noise levels do not affect residents. It not only affects those who live alongside the site, Stoggy Lane, Torridge area, properties off West Park Hill etc. plus properties in the Hemerdon Heights area, and in effect, those who are situated above the site.
2. Light pollution is another major factor and again this should be at a minimum, especially at those times when it is dark and the glare more apparent.
The Forum are very aware that residents should be able to enjoy their properties both inside and out without noise or pollution from nearby commercial sites. During the summer months when they need to ventilate by opening windows etc and enjoy time in their gardens such problems are exacerbated.
