This application is proposing conversion from a hot food takeaway to dwelling house. The bedrooms are to remain and proposed works will involve converting existing commercial kitchen to a domestic kitchen. In terms of highways and transportation the Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to object, noting that transport movements to and from the site will be reduced.
