The Local Highway Authority (LHA) has checked the application documents regarding this proposed conversion of an outbuilding in to an annex.The outbuilding currently operates as a utility use, and the proposal is to create an annexe with one bedroom.
The LHA would not wish to object because the proposed annex would be ancillary to the main building and although there is a possibility of a marginal increase in parking demand this would not be enough to result in a severe negative impact warranting an objection from the LHA.
