The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any in-principle objections to the proposed erection of a single storey side and rear extension with associated works at the above-mentioned property.

Whilst the proposals would remove an existing garage and car port therefore leading to a loss in parking provision at the site, there is no proposed increase to the number of bedrooms at the property and the remaining hardstand is able to accommodate off-street parking for at least 2x cars. In addition, there are no proposed changes to the vehicular access to the property.

For this reason, the LHA would not wish to raise any objections to the proposed development.
