COMMENTS:
The Local Highway Authority (LHA) would not wish to raise any objections in principle to the enclosure of 46 square metres in the corner of the rear courtyard adjacent to the building, to create dry storage for vehicles at Motor City car sales. Where the rear courtyard is of adequate size and apparently used for car parking and the storage of vehicles.
SUMMARY:
The LHA would not raise any objection to the proposed enclosure to create dry storage that would not cause any significant transport or highway impacts.
