16/01434/AMD | Non-material amendment: East elevation - Proposed small bay window at ground and first floor to match larger ground and first floor East elevation bay window. This also matches the planning approved Plot 1 configuration. Reason - gives more light into the rooms and aesthetically balances the elevation. North elevation - Proposed ground floor window in Living room (clear glass). Reason - Gives more natural light into the living room. Please note planning approval has a 1.8m close boarded larch fence on this boundary so there will be no overlooking issues for the neighbour (Plot 2). South / West elevation - Single storey porch roof amended from a hip to mono pitch gable to suit stair configuration. Reason - Headroom issues at the base of the stair ment the hip roof would not work therefore changed to a mono pitch gable (west elevation approved window adjusted to suit) for application 16/00255/FUL | 208 Springfield Road Plymouth PL9 8JU
