Non-material Amendment: Swap the area to be clad from GF to FF and render the ground floor instead of clad - taking the cladding around the sides of the FF extension, Bring two sections of the ground floor out in line with the cantilevered first floor, Install a corner window in one of the above sections on ground floor looking into the garden - reducing the width of the slider next to the corner window, Remove a picture window on rear and replace with a high level ribbon window on the side GF and Slightly increase the height of the GF side window to run in at the same height as the ribbon window of application 22/02004/FUL
